UK Royal Mail delivery

Orders can be sent to any address in mainland UK.

Your first delivery

All orders will be processed and sent to you within 2-3 days. You will receive an e-mail to confirm your order, and another one, with a Royal Mail tracking link, when it has been dispatched.

Amend, pause or cancel your order at any time

Your subscription will be on a rolling month-by-month basis. If you need to amend, pause or cancel your order you can do so up to 7 days before your delivery date in My account . And there are no fees.

Holiday option

Don’t run out of supplies while you’re away. Our holiday option lets you double up your order before you go and pause the following month. Log into My account and hit the ‘Holiday’ button to arrange it.

Delivery charges

Postage and packaging are free for orders over £20, otherwise it’s £2.50.

Lost or damaged deliveries

If your delivery doesn’t arrive when it should, or any of the items are damaged or missing, please either log into My Account to report the problem, email us at info@nationalvapes.co.uk or call us on 0333 444 0923. We’ll sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
