The subscription

How does the e-liquid subscription service work?

The subscription service runs on a monthly basis. Once you’ve signed up and selected your e-liquid flavours and strengths we’ll deliver the same order to your door every month for as long as you need. The service is completely flexible, which means you can change, pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

How much does the e-liquid subscription service cost?

Subscriptions run on a monthly basis and the cost will depend on how many bottles of e-liquid you order. With a subscription, each 10ml bottle costs £2.25 and you can order as many bottles as you like each month. Postage and packaging are free for orders over £20, otherwise it’s £2.50.

Do I have to order every month?

To ensure you never run out of e-liquids, the subscription service works by automatically repeating your order every month. However, it’s totally flexible. So, if you want to change, pause or cancel your subscription, you can do so in My Account Link at least 7 days before your next delivery is due.

Will I be tied into a contract or minimum terms?

No. We believe the quality of our products and our reliable service will be more than enough incentive for you to stay. Can I order a variety of e-liquid flavours and strengths?

Yes. Your order can be made up of any combination of flavours and strengths you like. Perfect if you’d like to try a variety of flavours, or if there is more than one vaper in your household.

How do I know what strength e-liquid I need?

If you’re making the switch from cigarettes to vaping, use the following guide as a start:

  • If you smoke 20+ cigarettes per day choose 18mg strength
  • If you smoke 11-20 cigarettes per day choose 12mg strength
  • If you smoke 6-10 cigarettes per day choose 6mg strength
  • If you smoke 1-5 cigarettes per day choose 3mg strength

But please take note of your own feelings to decide if this is right for you. If you find the nicotine strength is too strong or not enough, move down or up a strength as appropriate. If you’re a vaper who’s stepping down from a higher strength and want to cut out nicotine altogether choose 0mg strength.

How many drops of nic shot do I add to my high VG liquid?

High VG liquids are nicotine-free and sold in 50ml bottles with space to add your own nicotine shot. Nic shots are 18mg in strength.

  • To turn 50ml of high VG liquid into a 3mg strength liquid, add one drop of nic shot.
  • To turn 50ml of high VG liquid into a 6mg strength liquid, add two drops of nic shot.

How many e-liquid bottles should I order every month?

As every vaper is different, you’ll need to judge this yourself. However, as a guide, think about how many bottles of e-liquid you currently use per week, then times it by 4 and add an extra 1 to ensure you’re covered for a month. If you find that too much or not enough, simply log in to My Account and change the quantity for the following month.

How old do I need to be to subscribe?

You must be 18 years of age or over.

What if I'm going on holiday?

Don’t run out of supplies while you’re away. Our holiday option lets you increase the last order you receive before you go and pause it the following month while you’re away. Simply log in to My Account and click the ‘Holiday’ button. Your subscription will return to normal when you get home.
